  • All payments made for services are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Refunds are not available for hours already worked or services already delivered.

2. Prepaid Service Packages

  • If you purchase a prepaid service package and decide not to use all of the hours, you may request a partial refund for the unused hours, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

  • After 14 days, unused hours will be credited to your account as service credits rather than refunded.

3. Subscription Plans

  • For monthly or recurring plans, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.

  • We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 7 days of the issue.

  • We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include reassigning a new virtual assistant, adjusting the scope, or providing a partial service credit at our discretion.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments made in error.

  • Technical issues on our side preventing service delivery.
